If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 7 business days of receiving the product. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Returned items must have the labels still on and be returned in original product packaging.

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to request which products you would like to return. Email must include shipping info such as: name, adres and order number. Send email to: Nondemainmail@gmail.com.

2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

When item is damaged or not send for return within 7 days business days there will be no refund send.
